La prochaine r\u00e9union aura lieu jeudi 26 avril, pendant laquelle la Direction devrait pr\u00e9ciser son projet. A ce jour, nous savons simplement que la Direction est convaincue qu\u2019une politique salariale ambitieuse est n\u00e9cessaire. Sans cela, tout le monde semble d\u2019accord\u00a0: nous ne parviendrons pas \u00e0 relever les nombreux d\u00e9fis qui nous attendent dans les prochains mois.\u00a0 C\u2019est un bon d\u00e9but \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Du cot\u00e9 des organisations syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives, CFDT et CFTC, nous avons \u00e0 nouveau travaill\u00e9 ensemble, persuad\u00e9es que l\u2019union dans le respect de nos diff\u00e9rences fait notre force. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire\u00a0:<br \/>\nL\u2019enveloppe totale consacr\u00e9e\u00a0 aux PIVA sera de 0.51 mois de salaire mensuel de base de tous les collaborateurs concern\u00e9s. A cela s\u2019ajoute une augmentation de l\u2019enveloppe pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10%, conditionn\u00e9e par l\u2019atteinte d\u2019objectifs globaux (Global WL Multiplier).<\/p>\n<h2>Partage de la valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p><strong>L\u2019intersyndicale demande un meilleur partage de la valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0et de la richesse que nous cr\u00e9ons tous ensemble\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Signature d\u2019un avenant \u00e0 l\u2019accord d\u2019int\u00e9ressement afin de prendre en compte l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019activit\u00e9 en d\u00e9pit d\u2019une baisse de la marge. On pourrait par exemple ajouter un bonificateur qui viendrait gonfler notre enveloppe d\u2019int\u00e9ressement en fonction de la croissance de nos commandes.<\/li>\n<li>Mise en place d\u2019une formule de calcul de notre r\u00e9serve de participation d\u00e9rogatoire \u00e0 la formule l\u00e9gale permettant une distribution d\u2019un minimum d\u20191,5 million d\u2019euros.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019intersyndicale demande la distribution de stock-options \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Restauration<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019intersyndicale demande une compensation des hausses du prix du repas moyen. Elle reste en attente de donn\u00e9es chiffr\u00e9es de la part de la direction.<\/p>\n<h2>Frais de d\u00e9placement<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019intersyndicale demande l\u2019arr\u00eat du processus consistant \u00e0 ce que les salari\u00e9s utilisent leur carte de cr\u00e9dit pour r\u00e9server et louer une voiture pour des d\u00e9placements professionnels.<\/p>\n<h2>Temps partiel<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019intersyndicale demande l\u2019envoi d\u2019un mail \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, informant les temps partiels sur le rattrapage \u00e9ventuel des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s qui cr\u00e9eraient une diff\u00e9rence avec les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein. La mise en place dans l\u2019intranet d\u2019un outil permettant de calculer ce diff\u00e9rentiel en fonction des formules et jours de temps partiels serait un avantage certain pour les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Temps de travail des alternants<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019intersyndicale demande \u00e0 ce que les alternants soient recrut\u00e9s sur une base de 37h avec RTT et non 35h comme actuellement.<\/p>\n<h2>Compte Epargne temps (CET)<\/h2>\n<p>La direction avait promis une ouverture de n\u00e9gociation sur le CET en 2017, promesse non tenue.<br \/>\nL\u2019intersyndicale demande l\u2019ouverture de cette n\u00e9gociation.<\/p>\n<h2>Conversion de 7 jours de cong\u00e9s en indemnit\u00e9s compensatrices<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019intersyndicale demande le report de ce projet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de la n\u00e9gociation sur le Compte Epargne Temps (CET).<\/p>\n<h2>Well being at work<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019intersyndicale demande \u00e0 la Direction d\u2019appuyer financi\u00e8rement 2 projets port\u00e9s par le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Entreprise\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Installation d\u2019un city stade \u00e0 Seclin<\/li>\n<li>Mise en place d\u2019une salle d\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e0 Villeurbanne<\/li>\n<li>Possibilit\u00e9 de financer des projets \u00e9quivalents sur les autres sites de Worldline dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Plan Epargne Collective (PERCO)<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019intersyndicale demande l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une n\u00e9gociation sur le PERCO.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 nous faire part de vos commentaires, avis et id\u00e9es.
